E-Business

The definition of e-business is broad and encompasses E-commerseand all means by which people transact with one another over the Internet. A firm engazing in e-business can have a nationwide or a worldwide presence. IBM was one of the first companies to use the term e-business to refer to servicin customers and collaborating with business partners from all around the world. E- business has resulted in improved customer service. Firms engaging in e-business have managed to use cost-effective online advertising strategeis to there advantage. There is far more flexibility,availability and faster response times with online support. There will be better customer service using that e-business. E-commerce has a worldwide presence. It gives you the user a competitive advantage.  It cuts communication and telephone costs also. Payments can be made online,products can begotten shipped to customer without the customer having to leave the house. Users need not to be in the same physical location as an e-business and exchange of information and transactions may take place at any given time 24 hours a day ,seven days a week and from any location in the world with Internet access.
